Delivery and Returns
We offer FREE standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £29.99. Subject to terms and conditions. See below for more information.
Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48, this is not a guaranteed or tracked service and typically delivery will take 2 to 3 working days for mainland UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver 98% of all RM48 parcels within 3 days.
Orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and other islands may come with an additional cost depending on weight and location.
Since 1st January 2021, shipping to the Republic of Ireland has become more complex: Northern Ireland left the EU together with the rest of the UK, however it will continue to be treated as if it is part of the EU customs union. As the Republic of Ireland remains in the EU, shipments from the UK will therefore be treated as exports. This means they must clear customs and require additional documentation, such as a commercial invoice. Shipments may also be subject to additional duties and fees ( levied by the carrier).
UK ORDERS- When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery between three and five working days for orders to mainland UK using our standard delivery service. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following working day.
If an item is "out of stock" you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email or post.
Your order will be dispatched and the out of stock items will follow.(if available)
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS within Zones 1-3 Europe will be charged depending on weight of order and zone of country. All other countries will be quoted a price on application. International orders are subject to confirmation by Minene UK Ltd.
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Orders sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. We cannot be responsible for any items held up by customs.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please do not ask us to falsify the details of these forms as it would be a criminal offence for us to mark your order as a gift or misquote the purchase price.
We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect or incomplete address, as a customer this is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase.

We know that sometimes the products you purchase online may differ in size or colour to what you originally thought or sometimes you just change your mind, that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn and unused items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached and all components included. Should an item be returned to us without its original packaging then we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds on returned items will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned.
Please note that we can only exchange the size or colour of the garment returned. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 2-5 working days.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.

Please note we do NOT refund postage and return postage is your responsibility. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage (with tracking information) when returning your parcel as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
In the event that Minene send out the wrong product to the customer we will incur all costs of returning the product and aim to rectify any problems.
