What are the delivery options?

From £2.99 for standard UK delivery, From £5.50 for next day/nominated UK delivery day.

International orders within Zones 1-3 Europe will be charged out depending on weight of item and zone of country.

Orders £75 and over - FREE standard UK delivery

How do I get free delivery?

Buy a gift with Minene, £75 or over and receive FREE delivery to mainland UK.

When will my order be delivered?

If you select the standard UK delivery service, the delivery aim is 2-5 days but we do ask customers to allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you select the express next day/nominated day service, deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the nominated day that you choose for the order to be delivered. (Next day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday). 

What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange?

If you change your mind, you must contact us immediately and we will check if your order has been dispatched. If your orders has been dispatched but can be recalled, we are happy to do so, however will not include the delivery within your refund. 

How do I return an item?

We know that sometimes the products you purchase online may differ in size or colour to what you originally thought or sometimes you just change your mind, that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn and unused items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached.

It is your responsibility to pay for return postage and ensure you get PROOF OF POSTAGE  in case the parcel gets lost in transit. Without this we are unable to refund you. Ideally a tracked postal service is best to ensure we receive your item/s back.

Please note that we can only exchange the size or colour of the garment returned. If you wish to receive a different item please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 2-5 working days.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.
