Terms and Conditions
At Minene, objective is to offer you complete satisfaction with your order and the service we provide. When you place an order online with us you do so in the confidence that the terms and conditions outlined apply and by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when they are placed on the Website and should be read on each occasion you use the Website. Continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Minene aims to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. To place an order select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the corresponding size/ colour to add the item into the shopping cart. Once you have finished click “proceed to checkout” for delivery options and payment.
Orders placed on our online Minene store are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Minene UK Ltd. We try always to ensure availability is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. In the rare event this occurs, we will attempt to contact you to advise on when products can be delivered or suggest an alternative purchase or full refund if there is a delay for delivery.
The customer is responsible that information provided to us on address, personal details, delivery address and method of payment are true and accurate. Any changes to such details must be notified immediately to the Minene Team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Acceptance of changes to terms is subject to the written receipt from Minene UK Ltd
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for UK it must be within 15 working days and for International 20 working days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund/replacement due.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or by email within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered, you must then return your order in full. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice.
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the "submit order" button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.
Should you need to amend or cancel you order, this may be done by 12am on the day of the order placement. After this time the parcel will already be on its way! Please email our Minene Customer Team on email@example.com or ring us on 0208 458 7764
We know that sometimes the products you purchase online may differ in size or colour to what you originally thought or sometimes you just change your mind , that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn and unused items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached and all components included.
Please note that we can only exchange the size or colour of the garment returned. If you wish to receive a different item please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 2-5 working days.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage (with tracking information) when returning your parcel as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reached our warehouse.
Refund on purchased item will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned.
WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED / FAULTY
If you received the wrong item or it has a fault please contact us on 0208 458 7764 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on the procedure to follow.
Discount codes need to be entered before finishing at check out as they cannot be added once the order is placed, only one discount code may be used per order.
Refunds for item(s) from an order which had a Discount or Promotion applied will be calculated as follows:
Where a discount has been applied to the entire Order, i.e “£10 off” The discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. If four items were ordered, then each item returned would include £2.50 of discount. If a % discount was applied, then the % would apply to each item.
If a Promotion was applied, i.e. “Buy One Get One Free”, all items in the promotion must be returned, for a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.
Minene UK Ltd takes care in ensuring that all products and clothing are produced to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, this may be returned for a refund provided it is returned within a reasonable period from purchase in line with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In normal circumstances, reasonable time would be expected to be within 45 days of product dispatch.
Minene UK Ltd undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure our quoted price details, the price of goods is subject to acceptance upon dispatch of the order to the customer. Should there be any such variance in price due to typographical error you will be contacted by the Minene UK Ltd customer service team.
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. VAT is not charged for goods delivered outside the EU, but we maintain one price for each product on our website.
We do our best to ensure product colours are accurately represented on our website however, due to differences in personal screens and displays that are outside of our control there may be a slight discrepancy in colour to the actual product. When the item is received and the colour is not as you expected, the normal returns policy will apply as above.

Images may not be reproduced or products represented for onward customer sale, without express consent from Minene UK Ltd.
